Your coupons are not very good because they force people to buy at least $25.00 worth of products, which is a very high minimal amount to buy. You should offer at least a 10% off coupon for ANY purchase of ANY amount, like most other retailers do. This will bring many more people in to order. I usually only order about $10.00 worth of items, and so do most of my friends, so it really angers us you don’t offer us coupons, so we instead take our business elsewhere if you are going to be this greedy.

Hi there, my total (before shipping) is $26.15 and so I meet the $25 minimum amount to get $5 off, but the coupon code is not working. Can you please help?

Please make sure that the item that you are trying to purchase is not a “sale” item. Please also make sure that you are not trying to use after the expiration date!
