We found the bag on the left on Style.com’s list of beach “must have” items.  We admit, it’s pretty cute.  Interestingly enough, it looks oddly similar to the straw bags that come with two of our new Borghese Gift Sets.  

We don’t know about you, but these days, we like to get as much bang for our buck!  We’d rather find something a little more affordable than $228.

A sensual ladies’ fragrance from the bad boy of fashion

Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Ladies Gel at Discount Beauty Center

Jean Paul Gaultier was and still is known in the fashion world as the “enfant terrible” or “bad boy,” as his designs in the past have been anything but conventional.  Despite this reputation, he boasts quite the fashion resume, especially for someone with no formal design training.  Some of his more notable claims to fame are introducing skirts for men, and for designing the costumes for Madonna’s tours in the 90′s. (Yes, it was he who conceived her infamous coned bra).  

Despite his seemingly strange approach to design, he still manages to remain a chic and highly regarded name in the fashion industry.  In 2003, he became the creative director at the high-fashion company, Hermes. He has been able to both revolutionize the Hermes brand as well as continue to impress with his own.
