Your most important Summer Beauty product!  NEVER underestimate the need to protect your skin from the sun’s rays.  Remember that you can still get tan while wearing sunscreen, it’s never OK for your skin to get burned.  Even when it is cool, breezy, or overcast outside, it is still very important to wear sunscreen during the summer.

The SPF of a sunscreen is “Sun Protection Factor”. 

SPF 15 will protect you 15X longer against sun damage if you wore no sunscreen at all.  Remember, depending on how the sun is shining, this could be as little as 3-5 minutes, therefore you will need to reapply throughout the day.  Re-apply after going swimming.
